Frequently asked questions

When are GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B due?

Monthly filers: GSTR-1 by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the next month. QRMP due dates differ by state category.

Can you represent me before GSTAT?

Yes. The appeal is drafted and representation is made as authorised representative.

I have received DRC-01A. Is it a demand?

DRC-01A is a pre-show-cause intimation. Responding to it on time, with reconciliations, can resolve the issue before a formal show cause notice.
